Cone Crusher Accessories
Provide high-performance mortar walls, crushing walls, steel sleeves and other accessories. Self-developed high-manganese steel and composite materials are used to accurately adapt to the mainstream cone breaker model. The wear resistance is improved by more than 20% to ensure long-term operation under extreme hard rock crushing.
Cone Body
The special body consumables ensure stable and reliable crushing operations for medium-hard and hard materials.
Steel Bushing
The steel sleeve is a special consumable for the Star cone crusher, which is adapted to the core parts of the equipment and plays the role of support, protection and positioning to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
Mantle
The crushing wall is the core wear-resistant consumable (also known as the moving cone lining plate) of the Star cone crusher. It is installed on the moving cone and cooperates with the rolling wall to form a crushing cavity. It completes material crushing through extrusion and grinding to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
ConCave
The rolling mortar wall is the core wear-resistant accessory of the cone crusher. It is installed in the upper part of the crushing cone and cooperates with the crushing wall to form a crushing cavity. It completes the ore crushing through squeezing and crushing. It is a key accessory to ensure the efficient operation of the cone crusher and extend the life of the equipment.
