Relying on two major modern production bases, it is equipped with high-precision production lines, and the annual output of crushing equipment exceeds 2,000 units.   Processing equipment   Star Machinery ย knows that cutting-edge hardware is the core of realising high-precision manufacturing. The company has built an industry-leading modern machining centre, with large vertical CNC lathes from 1.25 metres to 4 metres, a 1.6-metre high-precision CNC boring machine, and a complete matrix of drilling, planing and milling equipment. These heavy finishing equipment, combined with digital control technology, ensures that the tolerance of each part reaches micron-level accuracy. From rough processing to fine finishing, with the efficient collaborative processing chain, we not only support the rapid delivery of more than 2,000 pieces of equipment with an annual output, but also ensure that the wear-resistant parts produced by “Star” still have excellent adaptability and stability under extreme working conditions.     Heat treatment equipment   Advanced heat treatment technology: reshape the limit of wear resistance   Star Machinery is well aware that excellent hardness and toughness come from scientific heat treatment. The company is equipped with a high-specification heat treatment matrix: including two 40-ton large gas heat treatment furnaces (equipped with a 500-ton circulating water cooling system), five sets of 3-ton professional resistance furnaces and reflective heat treatment systems. Through digital precision temperature control and high-efficiency cycle cooling technology, we can deeply strengthen more than 10,000 kinds of wear-resistant parts according to the needs of different working conditions. This not only ensures the uniformity of the internal organisation of the product, but also significantly improves its wear-resistant life, helping your equipment to operate sustainably and efficiently in harsh mining areas.       Hydraulic correction equipment   Our company is equipped with 3 sets of 315-1800 tons of hydraulic correction equipment, which is specially designed to adapt to the deformation correction needs of various castings and build a key Defence line for product accuracy control. Among them, the core equipment is an 1,800-ton column hydraulic press, with multi-specification hydraulic correction equipment, which can fully cover the correction operation of castings of different sizes and weights. The equipment adopts a precise hydraulic control system, with stable pressure and convenient operation. It can accurately correct the deformation problems in the production process of castings and ensure that the dimensional accuracy and shape regularity of castings meet strict standards. The full set of equipment is efficient and durable, which is suitable for the correction needs of various castings such as wear-resistant castings of mining machinery, highlighting the company’s refined production strength and providing a solid guarantee for the delivery of high-quality castings.   Star Machinery is equipped with a full range of heavy hydraulic correction matrices from 315 tons to 1,800 tons, including a high-performance 1800-ton column hydraulic press. The system is specially designed for the deformation correction of large and complex mine castings, and can accurately eliminate the thermal stress deformation generated during casting and heat treatment.   Relying on the strong pressure control accuracy, we ensure that the shape tolerance of each large wear-resistant part and structural part meets the strict design standards. This not only greatly improves the assembly accuracy of the product, but also more effectively prevents the early failure of the equipment under extreme high-pressure conditions. With this core correction process, Star Machinery promises to deliver you not only castings, but also highly reliable industrial finished products with dimensional standards and stable performance.   Smelting equipment   Star Machinery has a stepped intermediate frequency induction smelting equipment matrix composed of 5 tons, 3 tons and 1.5 tons. This flexible equipment configuration gives us excellent production scheduling ability: it can not only easily cope with the continuous pouring of single-piece super-large castings, but also realise multi-variety and small-batch flexible customisation.   Intermediate frequency induction technology ensures the uniformity and high purity of the metal liquid during the melting process, and eliminates material defects from the source. Combined with the precise temperature control system, we can strictly implement the complex ratio of various high-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron and alloy steel to ensure that each furnace steel water meets the best mechanical performance standards. Regardless of the size of the order, Star Machinery can provide you with high-quality metal cornerstones with stable composition and dense structure.

It has a professional physical and chemical laboratory and precision testing centre to ensure that each equipment meets ISO international standards.   The company is equipped with a full set of advanced physical and chemical testing equipment to build a rigourous quality testing process. It has chemical analysis instruments and German Bruker direct reading spectrometer to accurately detect the material composition; with 30-ton universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, metallopic microscopy testing equipment and hardness testing instrument, it can comprehensively test the mechanical properties, metallopic organisation and hardness of the product, and strictly control the whole process from raw materials to finished products.
