Maintenance
1. Daily maintenance: clean up the residual materials of the feed port, discharge port and screen of each equipment to prevent blockage; check the fastening of all connecting bolts and tighten them in time; check the oil level of the lubricating system and supplement the suitable model of lubricating oil; troubleshoot the abnormal noise and vibration during the operation of the equipment, and stop immediately if the problem is found.
2. Regular maintenance: check the operating status of the motor, reducer and vibrating feeder every week, clean up the surface dust, and check the line insulation; check the wear of the jaw-breaking lining plate, the cone-breaking mortar wall/crushed wall, VSI impact-breaking impeller and other wear parts every month, and repair or replace it in time; check the vibrating screen spring and sieve tension Degree, adjust the elasticity of the transmission parts (belt, gear).
3. Long-term downtime maintenance: thoroughly clean up the residual materials inside and outside the equipment, empty the grease of the lubrication system; do a good job of dustproof, moisture-proof and rust-proof treatment of the equipment, and store it in a dry and ventilated place; before re-use, comprehensively check the status of each component, add new lubricating oil and test operation without load, and confirm that there is no abnormality before it can be put into production.
4. Safety taboos: The power supply of the equipment must be cut off before overhaul, and energised operation is strictly prohibited; it is forbidden to use lubricating oil and consumable parts adapted from the original factory; it is strictly forbidden to open the protective device or carry out cleaning and adjustment operations during the operation of the equipment.
